Welcome! I’m Annie, a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with additional certifications in Restorative and Yin Yoga.

My teaching approach blends these gentle and nurturing styles with a focus on mindful movement and self-compassion.

      YOGA STYLES

      HATHA YOGA

      Designed to build strength, balance, and flexibility, Hatha Yoga combines breath and movement to bring harmony to both body and mind. Whether you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this class offers a supportive space to unwind, reconnect, and find inner peace.

      YIN YOGA

      A slow, meditative practice that targets the deeper layers of the body through long-held, passive poses. It invites stillness, helping to improve flexibility, release tension, and creative space both physically and mentally.

      RESTORATIVE YOGA

      A deeply relaxing practice designed to support the body in complete rest. Using props to fully support each pose, it allows the nervous system to settle, promoting calm, recovery and a sense of ease.
